Philanthropic

Giselle is a student in Diriamba, Nicaragua

Philanthropic work balances me out.  It grounds me to what really matters, what other people are going through, and how lucky I am to have what I have.

Ever since a young age I’ve been volunteering – from simple things at school to volunteer trips to Taiwan and Nicaragua.  The philanthropic work that I did in high school and university can be found on their respective pages on my site.  What I will focus on here is what I am currently working on.

Going forward, I will continue to give back to the communities that have given me so much.  In addition, I hope that my philanthropic pursuits will open my eyes to issues and causes in my own neighbourhood or in neighbourhoods a world away.

I invite you to join my journey.
