Professional

I’ve never had problems with money. Rather, it’s “lack of” money that always gets to me :)
My professional life in earning money had humble beginnings – paper routes and even once folding boxes for mushroom factories. Nonetheless, I took them seriously because I know that money means choice, and choice is happiness.
I enjoyed working hard at my jobs. For instance, I would time my paper routes, slowly getting faster and faster via various efficiencies: counting houses so I’d grab just the right amount of papers for a cul-de-sac, knowing where to best park my trolley cart, knowing which flower gardens were usually unattended my mean grandmas so I could take short cuts…
In 8th grade my parents recommended that I read “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki. It opened my eyes to the world of business and inspired my friends and I to start IYA International. From there, various other Wenterprises ensued (thank you Kristen Nelson for coining that term), such as being a franchisee with College Pro Painters and starting Sola Caritas.
All that and more are also neatly summarized in my CV, which I update regularly. Feel free to get in touch with me – I will try to respond to all communications within 24 hours.
